People worldwide remember the date 8th of July 2014. Not only did the German National team smash Brazil 7-1 at their home stadium during the 2014 World Cup Semi-Final, but the idea of Waytogrow was born! The first fancy logo was created, and just a few years later, we became a part of the Dirlango Group fund. Since that moment, the programmatic advertising market has never been the same!

2023

In September 2023, Karol Pietrzak assumed the role of Waytogrow’s new CEO, driving growth, fresh ideas, and leading Waytogrow into a new era of success.

2023 has been a remarkable year of growth for Waytogrow. We have actively participated in 11 prestigious international events and conferences, orchestrated face-to-face meetings with our esteemed local partners across 11 countries, thereby amplifying our global presence and fostering invaluable networking prospects.
Despite monetizing over 1100 domains in total, experiencing rapid growth, and having a committed base of 400+ publishers, we continue to strive for more and aim for new heights.

2022

Waytogrow has built a loyal client base in over 80 countries with a Customer Retention Rate of 97% and NPS Score of 88.9. In 2022 the brand new Waytogrow logo was revealed in addition to a complete rebranding and the launch of the company’s latest website. In the second half of 2022 Waytogrow opened a new European office based in Cyprus.

2021

In 2021, our hard work was embodied in the form of 2 new offices. One in New York City (November) and the other in London (December).   We became Bulgaria’s number 1 programmatic provider!

In July 2021, the Dirlango Group took over 100% ownership of Waytogrow. During 2021, we experienced 55% YOY indicator growth.

2020

In Early 2020, Kamila Kownacka joined the team as Waytogrow’s new CEO, and quickly set to work implementing her fresh and innovative ideas.

Since Kamila’s arrival, the number of team members has doubled, and the business turnover has tripled.

2019

In 2018, after many sacrifices and hard-worked hours, Dominik Czarnota, Janusz Michalik, and Łukasz Grodecki were introduced to Innova and Dirlango, who came on board as their investors.

Waytogrow was officially registered as a company on 05.05.2015 by the four original founding members.

Karol joined the Waytogrow journey in 2018 as the CFO. In 2023, he transitioned to the role of COO and eventually, in October 2023, became the CEO. With a wealth of financial experience, he brings valuable expertise to the team.
Throughout his career, Karol has cultivated an impressive resume working across various industries, including economics, pharmaceuticals, and the paid TV sector, in which, he successfully implemented a range of modern financial control systems and procedures.

If you have any questions related to your ad server Lukasz has the answers! He is a master of ad operations and an expert in floor price optimization. As a co-founder of Waytogrow he is focused on programmatic product development. He is also a climbing enthusiast which explains his drive to continually reach for new heights. His past experience as an ad operations specialist at NK.PL gave him the skills required to build world-class ad-tech solutions.

Since 2017 Marcin has headed up the IT department at Waytogrow. With over 20 years of programming knowledge and experience behind him, it is no surprise that he is the driving force for much of Waytogrow’s programming success. His past positions include RMF.pl and Interia which allowed him to develop high-level skills in both IT and Sales driven roles.

Łukasz Wejchert

Founder of Dirlango Group. CEO and shareholder of Onet Group, acquired by Ringier Axel Springer in 2012 with a valuation of €320 MLN. Shareholder of TVN TV station until 2011. He began his career in 1995 by joining the ING Barings branch of financial markets and structured financing. Former director in the department of Investment Banking at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.

Agata Lauko

Chairwoman of the Waytogrow Supervisory Board and Managing Director of the Dirlango Group. Agata has been associated with the digital media and new technologies industry in Poland and the CEE region since 2005. She has extensive operational experience in change management, building structures, and scaling them. She held the position of Managing Director at Performics & Newcast within ZenithOptimedia Group, in 2015 she progressed to the position of Chief Digital Officer, and in 2016 she was promoted to the position of general manager of Zenith agency. In 2017 she became the CEO of Netsprit and was responsible for the restructuring of a number of entities within the former Netsprint Group.

Maciej Żak

Co-Founder of the Dirlango Group and former investment director at Intel Capital for the CEE region. Maciej has gained a high level of experience in e-commerce, technology, and media. He has managed multiple M&A processes such as ONET, DRQ, Pascal, FC Legia. He was responsible for the growth of ZUMI and VOD and serves on the supervisory board of the TVN Group, the Onet Group, Optimus, Legia and DRQ. He received his master of management at the University of Warsaw and an executive MBA at IMD in Lausanne Switzerland in 2011.
